Prime Minister's Export Award
The Prime Minister's Export Award (PM Export Award) is the Thai government's highest official award annually granted to outstanding Thai exporters of products and services to showcase and acknowledge their top quality and high standards. This award scheme was initiated by the then, Thai Prime Minister Anand Panyarachun in 1992, to support Thai exporters and service providers. The award also aims to give importance to their crucial roles in boosting the country's exports by projecting themselves, their products and services with excellent qualities and recognitions under their own registered trademarks, brands and designs.This award is aiming to raise the competitive ability of Thai products and services and maintain their sustainability and recognition in international markets.
The Prime Minister's Export Award has still been conferred annually, with the Prime Minister of Thailand presiding over the ceremony as a way to honor Thai exporters who strive to compete in the global market with their own quality products and services under registered brands, trademarks, and unique designs.
